Chicken Manthi

Sella Besmathi Rice-3 cup (600 gm)
Chicken (Chicken) 1.25 kg
Ginger 1 inch piece
Garlic 3 cloves

Coriander powder 2 teaspoon
Kashmiri chilli powder 2 teaspoon
Salt (salt) half plus 2 teaspoon
Cooking oil 125 ml
Capsicum 1 no
Onion (medium size) 100g
Water (water) 2 liter
Chicken stock cube 2 Nos
Cardamom stick 8 Nos
Clove 10 Nos
Cinammon stick 4 inch piece
Black lime 1no
Green chilli 4 Nos
As it should be
First wash the rice thoroughly. After that add water and let the rice soak for 1 hour. Secondly, you can marinate the chicken that has been taken out. For that, add ginger, garlic, cumin, cumin, coriander powder, Kashmiri chili powder, salt and lastly sunflower oil and grind it well. Then spread it over the chicken. (Keep the chicken aside for three and a half hours). Drain the water of the rice that has been drained earlier. Now let's cook the rice. For that boil water in a steel newspaper. Add chicken stock cube, salt, cardamom, cloves, cardamom, black pepper, bay leaf and lastly dried lemon to it. Next, cook the previously marinated chicken. For that add chopped capsicum and onion on top of the chicken and keep it closed. (Keep it on medium flame. Don't forget to stir the chicken too) Next add the rice soaked in boiled water. (Keep it on high flame. Don't forget to change the flame according to the temperature)Drain the water from the rice and add it to the chicken. After that keep it closed for 10 minutes.
Mouth watering delicious chicken manti is ready. Eat enough and fill your stomach.
