Fried Rice
There is no one who does not eat fried rice. But they don't know how to cook it. But as a solution to that, fried rice, which can be easily made at home, is going to win today.
Ingredients
1. Basmati rice – 1 cup
2. Sunflower oil – 3 table spoon
3. Water – 4 cup
4. Lemon juice – 1 table spoon
5. Chopped garlic – 1 table spoon
6. Beans chopped – 1/4 cup
7. Chopped carrots – 1/4 cup
8. Chopped cabbage – 1/4 cup
9. Chopped capsicum – 1/4 cup
10. Onion chopped – 1/4 cup
11. Soya sauce – 1 table spoon
12. Sugar – 1/2 table spoon
13. Salt – as required
As it should be
First of all, pour half ghee in a pan and heat it. Fry the rice in it. Then boil fried rice, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom and salt in water. Saute carrots, beans, onion and green chillies in remaining ghee. Add local egg to this and grind it. Add black pepper powder and reserved rice to it and mix well. Cook it on low flame for ten minutes.
Fried rice is ready. Eat it before it gets hot...
